1. Are you a pet friendly community?

Of course! We at the Cascade know that pets are family, too! The pet deposit is $200 with a monthly pet rent of only $10.

2. Do you have washer and dryer connections?

We do have washer and dryer connections in our townhomes.  We have 5 laundry facilities on site to accommodate those living in our apartment homes. They are close and accessible for everyone.

3. What school district is The Cascade in?

We are in the USD #501 school district and are within walking distance of elementary and middle schools!

4. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?

You simply call 785-267-3390 and our after hours service will be paged to your home.

5. Does your community have good highway access?

We are only 3 blocks from I-470 highway and less than a mile from I-70 highway.
